I'm proud to co-facilitate with Men Of Earth founder Chris Geisler guiding men into purpose, emotional integrity and authentic leadership. This work is rooted in relational understanding, nervous system awareness and reverence for both individual and collective growth.
L1 Retreat / November 12th - 15th / South Wales.
Our L1 retreat is for men ready to enter the circle, meet the shadow, reveal what’s real, and move beyond the internal barriers that hold them back.
This is an immersive gathering for men seeking profound change. We work with Mental, Emotional, Physical & Spiritual Health practices for you to meet yourself fully and step into the man you know you can be. You will cultivate deeper honesty, strengthen integrity, and rise into a more aligned, joyful and awakened expression of yourself.

We set agreements, speak honestly, we laugh more than you might expect, some moments will challenge you, some will surprise you. Most will feel refreshingly real. Over the 4 days you will step out of your usual routine and into a grounded space with other men who are prioritising their growth and calling in a life they truly want.
We also run an online community and host a monthly in-person men's circle in Frome.
