Conscious connected breathwork and body mapping

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative self-healing practice that supports physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

The practice can help you:

  • Develop self-awareness, acceptance and compassion.

  • Nurture a sense of grounding, presence and calm.

  • Access, release and better understand emotions that may be blocked, stuck or dormant

  • Better manage anxiety and stress.

  • Prevent burnout

  • Enhance focus and mental clarity.

  • Open a connection to spirituality and the divine.

In life there are so many times, places, and societal cues that tell us we should suppress or control our emotions. Fully expressing sadness, grief and anger might be considered taboo. Embodying joy, happiness, and excitement might be deemed too loud. Each time we dial down our full expression we deny ourselves a connection with our truth, our fullness. Un- expressed emotion - “energy in motion” – is held in the body and interrupts mental, physical, emotional and spiritual flow. This often leads to a state of imbalance that ultimately impacts our quality of life.

These sessions are an invitation to soften, release and let go of deeply ingrained patterns of thought, behaviour and ‘being’ that may have prevented stepping into your full potential. As the relationship with the breath deepens so too does the relationship with self, as you are guided to a place of self-compassion, acceptance, forgiveness and love.

Sessions include optional acupressure body mapping, which helps release tension and emotions that are held in the body, and allows energy to flow more freely. Participants are also invited to explore guided movement and sound, to allow space for the previously un-expressed to be expressed, to release built up energy, and to deepen the connection with the breath.

These sessions are trauma informed, and everything is an invitation. It’s a privilege to share this work, and our goal is to create spaces of safety and healing, and support a society where people thrive rather than simply survive.
